(Q)Do you provide International delivery?
(A)Unfortunately no, we do not offer international delivery. We do ship nationally, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.
(Q)How do I return an item? (A)If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
(Q)What is your returns policy? (A)We offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products not including custom made products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return. Due to the nature of our business, custom orders are not returnable. However, if CCC makes a mistake in spelling for example, we will honor the return. If the text provided by the customer is errant, returns are not permitted. CCC is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. If photographic evidence is provided, we will remake your product upon its return.
